Retention Specialist Resource Toolkit

Welcome, to the RESOURCE TOOLKIT for the Retention Specialist Program! This toolkit was developed by researchers at the Cornell Institute for Translational Research on Aging (CITRA) and can be used in several ways…

·        First, it can be used as a stand-alone resource for long-term care providers who want to address challenges relating to retaining a high-quality workforce.

·        Second, it can be used as an online manual for those who attend a Retention Specialist Training* session.
